Appointments

I offer face to face or telephone Coaching appointments during the day, the evening and have some Saturday morning appointments.

I charge £50 per hour and recommend that you give yourself three months coaching. Some people continue their weekly coaching sessions, because they get so much from them. I book these in four weekly slots and suggest that you book one and a half hours for the first session - particularly if coaching at my office. The four sessions are booked and payable in advance.

I offer a free telephone consultation before starting Couples or Family Coaching. Please telephone 0208 241 3205 or email to arrange a time. The initial session is one and a half hours, which is £75. Thereafter, one hour sessions at £50 per hour. Sessions are booked and paid for in advance.

I recommend Face to Face Coaching for clients who prefer to work this way and especially for people who are experiencing Stress and Anxiety, are In Recovery, have ADD/ADHD and who are seeing me for EFT or Breathwork.
