Achieving and maintaining sobriety may often feel like the total sum of ones life, and yet many clients tell me that having achieved so much, they do want more - to feel empowered.

Life coaching focuses on what you can create in your life, rather than what you can't. Achieving this level of self-empowerment frees people to attain their full potential and start the process of creating their 'new' lives, on a strong bedrock of self confidence.

I frequently see clients who have been through residential treatment programmes and feel overwhelmed, confused and anxious. Their lives have been turned upside down and they can't see how to move forward. We work together to find direction, to discover where they want their lives to go and how to get there.

We will gently yet purposefully identify the emotional ties and beliefs that may still not have been released, even though you may be aware of them. Feelings and emotions are unique to each individual and are our path to knowledge about 'what makes us tick'.

Sometimes an emotion may have too much weight attached to it. It's not wrong, just out of balance. Release what carries 'too much weight' and you are free to create, develop and live the life that you deserve. After all, you've worked hard enough to get this far, why not have 'the icing on the cake'.
