My background and experience has shown that successful life coaching lies in a whole person approach instead of focusing on an isolated issue. The way I work is to help people to understand themselves more. From this place we can uncover what is causing stress, indecision and holding people back. We then work together, to reduce fears and concerns so that they can move on with confidence. The people I work with are from all walks of life, bringing a variety of issues. I have a New Course starting in April. It will be covering all aspects of Depression and the Associated Fears. It is a subject that has had a lot of press recently. Many of my clients have received great benefits from a whole person approach to depression. There is so much that we can do to help ourselves. I know - I experienced a period of depression in the past. I will show you different ways to help yourself which are tried and tested.
